Privacy Policy

When you book onto a trip or buy a voucher, your name and contact details will be recorded and retained on our secure database solely for purposes of communicating with you in regards your trip or voucher. This data will also be retained after your trip for a period of one year, just in case we need to get in touch for any legitimate reason (for example we might have found some lost property in the mine and wish to trace its owner). When this data becomes one year old, it is erased automatically from our database.

When you attend your trip, you will also need to sign a disclaimer form, and this form will be held on file for up to five years before being physically destroyed.

Additionally to this operational data, you may opt to be added to our Email Mailing List by giving your consent to do so at time of booking. We send occasional emails about new trips and special offers to all persons on this mailing list. Every one of these emails contains an unsubscribe link to remove your details from this list with immediate effect. Your details will remain on this mailing list until you choose to unsubscribe.

No email from Go Below, either operational or marketing, will contain any tracking mechanism, embedded remote content or script.

All operational and marketing data that is personally identifiable can only be accessed by Go Below's administration team. None of this information will ever be passed on to 3rd parties under any circumstances.
